Our Thanksgiving has come and gone. It was a fantastic day. We hosted a vegan Thanksgiving and ph man was it delicious! Our menu included: a Native Wellington from Native Foods, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, sweet potato casserole, drunken mushrooms, roasted veggies, a myriad of cranberries, and pumpkin pie. I’m still in a food coma from the day.
Our table setting included wine glasses with home-made wine charms (different buttons and yarn) and plenty of candles to keep things warm and cozy. We set out some finger foods — spiced roasted chickpeas and candied pecans — along with some fresh flowers.
