It’s March! You know that that means. New mental health goal to work on.
Last month’s goal of moving more hasn’t been going quite as well as I’d hoped but I’m still definitely moving more than I used to. The 5 flights of stairs to get to my apartment is easier, I can run for longer with the dog, and I generally feel better. But Netflix and Chill is still my natural state on days off. Baby steps, right?
This month, I’m working on water. I haven’t been drinking enough water at all. As of late, it’s been coffee time until wine time. Lather, rinse, repeat. I have a Victoria’s Secret gigantic water bottle that holds something like 20 oz of water and my goal is to drink at least 1 1/2 of these each day. Water is necessary to existing and I truly think that drinking more of it and using it to flush my system and keep things fresh will help my overall mental state. We’ll see how this goes!
