Just a few shots of what I’ve been up to lately. By the time you’re reading this, I will have run the Mudderella and will probably be soaking in a long hot bath to relax. Worry not, once the photos from that are up, there will be a post!

You know those weeks where you have so much work to do you don’t know how you’ll get it all done and in the meantime oh my goodness everything seems to be exploding in your personal life and you are simply running out of energy to do things like eat let alone blog?
That’s been the last week for me. And will continue to be this coming week.
Now don’t get me wrong on the work front, I love having work to do. I love that I’m so busy, that I’m not idle. It’s a refreshing change from the way the last few months have been at work. And rehearsals are kicking into high gear — this show is going to be stellar — which is also great! I’m extremely lucky in the work department right now. And I’m grateful.
But outside of work and offline, I have been incredibly grey lately. Every day has been a cuddle up with the dog and binge watch Netflix all day. I’m just out of energy. I can’t bring myself to get up and cook some days, let alone sit and blog. I’m craving spring, lacking inspiration, and in need of something to snap me back into working order. While having down time to rest, relax, and recover from life is important, it’s unbelievably frustrating for me.
I’ve had these photos saved up for ages. Waiting for something like this where I’m just out of energy.
I have several exciting posts planned and in the drafting stage. I have a whole series I would like to come up soon. There’s so much I want to do. I just need to refill the tank first so I don’t completely burn myself out.
That being said, while there’s this lull, what sort of posts would you guys like to see? What stuff have you loved in the past? Share your thoughts in the comments!
Instagram has gotten weird. It isn’t letting me copy embed codes anymore. I’ve tried on several computers to no avail. So, at least until I figure that out, enjoy the full photos of my outfits of the day. and excuse things like feet. Those don’t make the instagram square photo.
The second installment in my #ootd from instagram. I often don’t have the time to be photographing my outfits more than a phone photo on my way out the door, waiting on the train platform, etc. So this is going to have to continue to do until I discover a little bit more time. Enjoy! And make sure to follow me on instagram @stile.foto.cibo
Already only a few weeks into this blog and I’m struggling with style posts- only one’s been posted! I’ve had no problem with LIFEstyle posts but style is evading me. No matter how many style blogs I follow and read and no matter how many outfits I put together, I just can’t seem to figure out how to translate that into posts.
All the while, I have no problem posting my outfits on Instagram. It’s not daily, despite the tag, but it’s at least got a certain amount of consistency. So until I get a feel for how to actually do these style posts, enjoy what I hope will be an every other week compilation of #ootd from Instagram
That being said, any suggestions on bringing these to you folks would be super appreciated!
